Citation of Merit
The purpose of this award is to honor outstanding WBDI members who:

consistently produce bands of high performance level.

consistently perform programs of high musical quality.

have made an outstanding contribution to the community through music.
Recipients receive an embossed certificate.
Nominate a woman for the Citation of Merit.
